Relive the Year Three Competition and List of Winners

The Year Three Competition has come to an end, and it was Ohio State University who took home the 1st Place Overall award, with University of Washington and Penn State University winning second and third place respectively.

Over the last two weeks, EcoCAR 2 students participated in more than a dozen dynamic and static events including emissions and energy consumption, ensured the safety of their vehicles, raced their vehicles in an Autocross course, networked with sponsors, relaxed with a fun night, held two educational events in Michigan, welcomed local and national media, and showcased their vehicles at the U.S. Department of Energy’s headquarters at L’Enfant Plaza.
