The 2024 Battery Workforce Challenge Winter Workshop will be held at the Conners Center in Detroit, Mich. from March 7-9.

During the first day, plenary speakers will kick off the workshop. A media event will follow to announce the Stellantis vehicle that will be used throughout the remainder of the three-year competition.

Day two begins with team presentations featuring Mid-Year Team Status and Technical Design Reviews. Here students will receive design feedback on their selected architecture. Following the presentations, students will take a tour of the Conners Center, the former Dodge Viper plant turned museum and meeting space. The day concludes with a networking opportunity for students at the Sponsor Social, so students will want to come with resumes in-hand.

Day three will feature three hour-long breakout sessions followed by a Team Appreciation Night to close out the workshop.
