Meet Chelsea Betts, the Communications Manager for West Virginia University’s EcoCAR 3 team. Chelsea is a graduate student at West Virginia University studying Journalism. She received her bachelor of science in Public Relations from WVU in May 2014, and hopes to pursue a career in crisis communications and management. As the Communications Manager for WVU’s EcoCAR 3 Team, Chelsea is most excited about interacting with students of several different disciplines and collaborating on this innovative project.
