BIC, Vibration Research latest sponsors of the BattChallenge

LEMONT, Ill. – Two industry leaders in EV have recently become sponsors of the Battery Workforce Challenge collegiate competition including the Battery Innovation Center, Inc. and Vibration Research.

“We’re eager to have BIC and Vibration Research onboard as sponsors,” said Ajay Gnanasekaran, senior program director of the BattChallenge. “BIC joins us as a sustaining-level sponsor bringing technical battery expertise along with their industry connections and advanced test capabilities.”

“Vibration Research joins us as a supportive-level sponsor providing data acquisition equipment for vibration testing,” Gnanasekaran added. “Both will play critical roles in our university and vocational school students’ progress this year.”

The BattChallenge is a three-year engineering competition that challenges North American universities and their vocational partners to design, build, test and integrate an advanced EV battery pack into Stellantis’ 2024 Ram ProMaster EV.
