If you are a Mechanical Engineering student that is looking for a complex engineering design challenge, then EcoCAR 3 is the place for you! During year two of the competition, Mechanical Engineering students can expect to do hands-on design work in the following areas: component packaging, mounts and brackets, driveline components, fuel system, exhaust, thermal system, energy storage system, etc. Ultimately, students will be able to see their hard work come to life when they integrate their designs into a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro!
