It’s no secret that the EcoCAR sponsors are integral to each team’s success in the EcoCAR competition. With over 30 competition level sponsors, each sponsoring organization donates different tools, training and technical support, programs, parts, and financial support that benefits every aspect of the car competition process.
From design, to programming, to physically assembling parts, the Hybrid Warriors rely on each and every sponsor to help them along in the process. At this point in the competition, the WSU EcoCAR 3 team is especially grateful for Bosch and their donation of the vehicles battery.
The Bosch Group is one of the world’s leading suppliers of technology and services. Bosch focuses on creating technology that is “invented for life.” Consequently, Bosch provides products and services not only for the automotive industry, but also for use in the home or at work. Ultimately, the Bosch Groups objective is to create and deliver innovations for a connected life.
Project Manager and WSU senior, Ali Hussein, says that Bosch has contributed much more to the team beyond the vehicle’s battery. “In addition to their generous donation of our energy storage system, Bosch has provided our team with technical support and expertise that enables our team to be successful,” he said. A relationship with Bosch, as well as the various other competition level sponsors also provides great networking opportunities and the Hybrid Warriors are truly grateful. Thank you for all that you do for us, Bosch!
