Welcome to the EcoCAR Innovation Challenge application. Please use the form below to submit your team’s information and materials for consideration. Before you begin, review the eligibility criteria in the RFP and prepare the required details.

Confirm Upload of Required Documents

Submit a single PowerPoint file (.PPTX), not to exceed 1 GB.

Submissions must use the following naming convention: [University Name] – EIC Proposal – [Vehicle Track]. See RFP Section D-2 for details

Submit a single letter as a PDF document, not to exceed 50 MB.

Submissions must use the following naming convention: [University Name] – EIC Admin Letter – [Vehicle Track]. See RFP Section D-3 for details.

Multiple letters may be submitted; there is no limit. Each letter must be submitted as a PDF document not to exceed 50MB. Submissions must use the following naming convention: [University Name] – EIC Support Letter – [Supporting Organization]. See RFP Section D-4 for details.
